The boys and girls varsity races of the annual South Bay Cup cross-country meet at Columbia Park in Torrance Wednesday. The race also served as the Pioneer League Championship. San Pedro's Pablo Rosales and Mira Costa's Savannah Pio were the champions.

The two would finish in the same order, but Salinas would take the Pioneer League title while Rosales is the South Bay Cup Champion.
